Types of data processed

Through the website we may collect identifying and contact data (name, email, phone), booking data (stay dates, selected rooms, preferences) and payment data transmitted to PayPal during checkout.

Technical browsing data (IP address, system logs) may be processed for security and proper operation of the website.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to manage booking requests, provide hospitality services, fulfil tax and accounting obligations, and respond to support requests. The legal basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and, where applicable, the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

PayPal payments

Online payments are handled via PayPal. When paying, you are redirected to PayPal systems, which process the data required for the transaction as independent controllers or processors. Please refer to PayPal's privacy policy for details on payment data processing.

Retention and recipients

Booking data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Data may be shared with technical providers (hosting, email), PayPal for payment processing, and competent authorities where required by law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and to withdraw consent where given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
